13 Payment Enforcement

All accessorial charges are fully enforceable.

  • Accessorial charges may be added to invoices without prior approval when legitimately incurred
  • Unpaid accessorial charges are subject to the same late payment terms as base freight charges
  • Interest of 1.5%–2% per month (18%–24% APR) applies to overdue accessorial charges
  • Unpaid accessorial charges may be referred to collections
  • Customer is responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs

Disputes: Disputes regarding accessorial charges must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of invoice date. Payment of undisputed amounts is due when due. Pending dispute resolution does not relieve Customer of payment obligations.

15 Agreement to Terms

"All shipments handled by Future Link Logistics are subject to this Accessorial Charges Policy and the Terms of Carriage available at www.futurelg.com/terms-of-carriage."

By tendering freight for transport, the Shipper, Customer, and/or Consignee acknowledge and agree to all charges and terms outlined herein.
