Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide cross-border transportation and logistics services including reefer, dry van, flatbed, LTL/FTL, warehousing, and customs brokerage. Service availability, routes, and rates are subject to change.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must properly package and label shipments. Prohibited items include hazardous materials without proper documentation, illegal goods, and items that violate regulations. We're not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to $2 per pound per article or the actual value (whichever is less), unless higher coverage is purchased. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery date.

6. Cargo Insurance

Additional cargo insurance is available for purchase. You're responsible for declaring the correct value of shipments. Undeclared or misrepresented values may void insurance coverage.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: violate laws or regulations, ship prohibited items, provide false information, interfere with our services, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website are owned by Future Link Logistics and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account by contacting us with 30 days notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by Canadian and Ontario law. Class action lawsuits are waived.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

12. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from Future Link Logistics regarding shipment updates, delivery notifications, and service-related communications.
